Sugar Mill Villas is an apartment community in Youngsville, Louisiana, completed in 2021.

The stunning West-Indies style of this development was achieved with a palette of materials including white stucco and natural wood elements with beautiful blue Bahama shutters and black steel accents.  The project is comprised of 164 luxury apartments in 7, three story buildings and a resort-style amenities area.  The community includes a high-end custom designed clubhouse with soaring open truss ceilings, a meticulous lighting design, custom millwork, and well-appointed common spaces for the residents to enjoy.  The club area and fitness center wrap around a spectacular pool with even more amenities, like the outdoor lounge, pool house and custom grill area with folding glass walls into the community kitchen.

The apartment units boast spacious open floor plans with large kitchens and closets, each with a private balcony and vaulted ceilings at the upper floors.  The interior material selections continue the serene beachy feeling established in the building exteriors with wood look vinyl plank flooring, granite counters, and composite decking on the balconies.

In addition to its striking appearance, this project was designed for sustainability and has received Bronze Certification from the National Green Building Standard.
