The Retreat at Westlake is a 180-luxury unit apartment complex located in Westlake, Louisiana. The project was designed and certified to meet the National Green Building Standard.  Amenities including resort style pool, clubhouse, pond, fitness center, dog spa, automated parcel service, playground, and dog park.  The clubhouse is designed with a stylish industrial palette including wood-look siding and polished concrete block, black storefront windows, steel shade structure, exposed beam ceilings and upscale lighting.  An impressive work-out facility overlooks the pool and outdoor grilling area.

The industrial palette is continued throughout the site and the apartment buildings, each with three stories and 20 units.  The apartments have spacious closets and living spaces with large island kitchens, separate office nooks, walk in closets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, walk in showers, soaking tubs and screened in porches. Some units also include 11 foot ceilings and cathedral ceilings.

This project was designed for sustainability and has received Bronze Certification from the National Green Building Standard.
